DumpMaster® Range
The DumpMaster range is the most reliable and efficient method of keeping your brake system contaminate free!!
The XD-30 was the original that started off the impressive DumpMaster™ range. The XD-30 ejects contaminents from the air tanks actuated with a signal from the Govenor Valve. Tanks are drained with a poweful one second blast
The EXT-50 evolved from the XD-30 and has a electronic timer which sends a single to the DumpMaster™ actuating the unit, every 6 minutes your tanks are drained free of contamination with a powerful one second blast.
The EXP-40 like its cousin the EXT-50 is electronically actuated, but the timer is unique. Designed for trailer tanks this one only actuates after 20 seconds of continuous brake application. Trailer tanks are drained with a powerful 1 second blast.
FlowMaster®
The FlowMaster is installed between the Govenor Valve and the Dryer.
Once installed ensures optimal performance of the dryer with reduced maintenance and contamination issues.
When the air enters the tank it hits specially designed impaction plates. The impaction plates cool the air temprature and capture contamients which are ejected via the DumpMaster EXT-50 every six minutes.
